Mango Peño Vinaigrette


  • 3/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine / white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Mango Peño
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt To Taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

 Add all ingredients to bowl except salt and pepper. Using a whisk, combine Mango Peño, olive oil, vinegar, and garlic cloves. After mixing thoroughly for about 30 seconds, mixture should be evenly mixed and salt and pepper can now be added for taste

This dressing is a show stopper for anyone who loves salad of course.  Try this on your favorite green salads, vegetables, and even fruits. Because this will be a very mildly spiced dressing, it allows endless possibilities to be tried. Spice up that boring salad a little!
